Modern Condo 2 Blocks From Quarters

- able to walk to most tourist locations from here - bed was comfortable

- Access to the apartment down a path down the side of the house that is unpaved, muddy and uneven - Up rusted (also mouldy?) metal stairs to the apartment (note slippery when it had rained) - Fireplace inside apartment is full of dust and broken bricks - shower had no curtain- water goes everywhere - backyard is unkept grass full of debris/ bricks - in a private message, owner stated that there was a clothes washer for use at the property but this was untrue - curtains are pieces of paper and do not provide adequate shade- you will wake up early to the light - cheap, unfinished renovations with exposed grout in the bathroom and the bathroom sink is not fixed to the wall and feels as though it may topple off if knocked

The place is big and nice. It is really well located from French quarter and you can perfectly visit NOLA just walking.

Some dark courtains would be great because in the morning there is pleeenty of light.
