Comfortable bed, cozy neighborhood

Our like upstairs door didn’t lock.

You can tell someone meant to make this a nice space. The design is alright. However, the overall quality of everything is meager.

There are holes in the walls and cracks in the floor. The doors and windows don't close tightly. The sofa was sat through. The location didn't feel safe to me at all (I was travelling alone). I actually checked out after 30 Mins.

Centrally located, no frills made it affordable when other places were more expensive . Classic neighborhood architecture was cool to see. Bed was ridiculously comfy.

No chairs on the porch, No ice cube trays, silverware was super random if it was there at all. No spare pillows. No spare blankets.

Great location very quite neighborhood walking distance to bourbon street and French quarters!

I liked the price of the accommodations and if you're looking for a place to sleep and shower it's great for that. There is a kitchen area. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay in.

There is a small washer and dryer that you have to go outside around the back to access. The breaker kept tripping for some reason for the kitchen, but it was not a big deal. We found the breaker box outside.

Good rate for the place and length of stay.

Lockbox was difficult to open, and there were two (2) lockboxes present. Ad did not specify upstairs or downstairs apartment, only one address for four (4), apartments. Entrance to the apartment was upstairs with entrance at the back of the building, not at the front where the address was shown.

unfortunately double booking and we didnot get this appartment!!! we got another app far away from the city centre. We have to ask for compensation of rental cost of 205 USD paid beforehand!!!

It’s not too far from Frenchquarter and it’s very spacious

The surroundings are a bit sketchy. At night it was super loud and there was a party next door. It looks like in the pictures but a lot more worn down. We wouldn’t come back i guess.
