Great location and had WiFi and a comfortable bed.

It was hard to get extra towels as needed.

The location was very convenient and the size of the property was nice.

The facilities and fixtures were pretty dated, especially the wooden floor boards which weren’t very safe to walk on without shoes. We also had an issue with there being a lot of moths and ants in the property resulting in many bug bites while sleeping. Also, due to the lack of clarity and the fact that the owner has two neighboring units, I had to reach out for clarification to check in and at one point another guest attempted to enter our unit which was very jarring given the lack of security with the front door. It would have also been nice if the owner provided more necessities like toilet paper.

Great location and cool building

The apartment is bigger than in the pictures, the bathroom has been renovated and there's a lovely new shower now. You no longer enter down a back alley as previous guests have mentioned - it's now through the front door. The bed is super comfortable. The price is very reasonable compared to other places. The hosts kindly let me keep my bags there as I had a later flight.

It's at least a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter, or you can take a bus but sometimes you'll be waiting a while for one. The closest supermarket is 8-10 minute walk away. The place could do with some TLC, but it's fine for a short stay.

The room could be repaired a bit, but for a short stay it is ok.
