Location sketchy seemed like an unsafe neighborhood , No hot water Many Blocks from French quarters did not spend nights there House: wooden floor boards very weak felt like they may break NOT a one bedroom apartment instead a spacious studio Fireplace needs to be re bricked looks terrible bedroom window screen torn Say on bed it was squeaky and very soft mattress
