"Horrible experience"

Nothing.

Property does NOT look like the pics, holes in the floor, rushed job with utilities, not clean, bugs everywhere, and the amenities specified were not correct. Fridge didn’t work never got cold, couldn’t keep food in there fresh. Disgusting looks fire place with dirt and grime and rocks inside. Horrible.

"Passable"

The apartment was big, kitchen and bathroom ok and bed comfortable

The door didn't work everytime I had to leave the house open, with heavy rain water come inside the structure

"Good value for money"

Good price.Lots of space, Balcony. Good shower. Comfortable for some days. Location is close to quarter, but feels a little unsafe. Nothing happened though, nor to my motorbike.

AC is loud, doors need adjustment, tv has lines. Some repairs and updates. Bed is too Soft.

"Nice stay close to French Quarter"

Nice location, very close to the French Quarter. The price is also ok for the size of the flat.

The check in information was not so clear and I had to call the owner a couple of times. The last day I couldn't get any hot water, I didn't complained since I was about to leave but it's not great.

The location was definitely very practical, in terms of free parking, and walkable access to the French Quarter. There is / was also a tramcar stop an easy 6 mins. walk away.

I am not going to list the 'issues' that had to be dealt with after I had moved in. I would say and suggest to other potential renters to make sure they message and check with the owner / manager prior to arrival - asking, "Is everything there definitely ready?" I am sure s/he will 'understand' what is being referred to. By all means, refer back to my review and quote me. To their credit, when I did reach out and contact them, the response was quick and someone was sent round the first day I was to deal with and sort out '... what needed to be done ...'. Fair play - but this (and a few other things) should all have been '... done ...' before one moved in.
