Modern Condo 2 Blocks From Quarters

Clean, neighborhood wasn't too scary

A lot farther than 2 blocks from quarter ( really glad my friend decided to walk me home), had to watch your feet as the floor boards didn't match up at the bathroom & kitchen, didn't have a sofa bed (unless that is what call a basic sofa) or washing machine (ad was misleading). Had to go in thru the backyard & up some steep, open stairs (glad I didn't have much or anything heavy to carry). Hoping the price was because of Mardi Gras & not the regular price.

The neighborhood was quaint and family oriented. The condo was great size!

the front door window cover needs to be replaced , and the tv only worked when I got up lose to change channels, volume etc. easy fix- Move the tv closer to the bed :) I would love to see the backyard updated with chairs and a table, otherwise all was great!!

So from the picture up on here the house looks nothing like this the fire places is fall apart you and see outside of the house through the floor some of the wall sockets don’t work and I have pictures and video

High ceilings, a cute little balcony and renovated bathroom & kitchen.

My stay was a week long and I was provided 1 toilet paper,one trash bag, no broom. Not quite as responsive as I would have liked but only minor issues!

Bed was comfortable and a short walk to the quarter

I tried to contact the host days prior to know how to check in, morning off still no response. Thankfully my uber driver allowed me to ring the host from his phone as I can’t on my eSIM for international traveller. He gave me a code to check in, no other details. I tried to contact on what’s app to find out what check out time and if I could leave my bags, I got a response on check out time but never got back to me about holding bags for a few hours after asking. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and care, I could’ve been left stranded if it wasn’t for my uber driver letting me use his phone and lucky host awnsered on first call. No washing facilities like listed which was disappointing main reason I booked as had been travelling for 2 weeks at this point and due to wash some clothes. No toaster or kettle on kitchen but could make do.

I loved the location because it was not too far off from the French quarter which was within walking distances. Great neighborhood, never felt like I was in danger.
