The location was not far from the bus station and had facilities close by

It was really dirty. Hair everywhere, unclean toilet, broken glass in drawers, fridge with stains, food leftovers in the sink, bedsheets were inside out etc. etc. I informed the management via text and got zero response, they also did not pick any phone calls.
