Chair broken. Pillows and mattress is very very old. Can't sleep. Curtains don't even close the window fully. Window broken and cannot close properly so air-cond not getting cold.

"This is the worst and most unworthy homestay I have ever stayed in, my family also feel bad."

One room is big and comfort and there’s got netflix and youtube for my family to watch video.

We had informed them that we would arrive at 5pm, but when we arrived at 5:30, our room was not even ready. That sofa is not suitable for sitting. But when I told the host, he didn't do anything and just told me that no one had ever complained before. Then many facilities have problems and the walls need to be repainted.
