Property with 2 room is good and comfortable. Location also near with kuantan town.

Neflix provided but no wifi access. Cleanliness still need to improve.

Area was OK.

WiFi unavailable, which was not mentioned until asked. The unit was supposed to be equipped with WiFi. The unit was originally a studio unit but was renovated into a 2 bedroom so it was rather cramp. I would prefer the studio unit which was more spacious and comfortable.

Advertised as having netflix, android box was not working. Advertised as having wifi, was told wifi not working. Looking at older reviews also stated same problem with wifi. Means that host never bothered to fix the issue yet still advertised as wifi available. Air conditioning was bad. Set at 16 degrees and still not cold. Check in time is 3pm, I reached at 3.35pm and room still was not ready. Please do not ever book this place.
