One bed flat close to Exeter centre

Fantastic little flat, lovely & clean & we felt quite at home & comfortable. I was concerned that when our daughter showered her hair dye came off on the towel, daughter in panic mode so I explained to the host & she thanked me for telling her. Everything you needed was there, towels, linen, kitchen needs, we didn't cook as we were visiting but from what I could see everything was on hand. Lovely, perfect stay and would highly recommend & would love to go back.

Despite being a basement flat, it was light and bright. It is within easy walking distance of the city centre but in a peaceful location.

Mycket lugnt område med en bra och trygg parkering för bilen. Bra läge om man har bil. Fungerade också bra att gå till stan men det var inte helt nära. Boendet hade allt man behöver för en kortare eller längre vistelse i Exeter. Det var välstädat och lägenheten var i mycket gott skick.

Det enda som kunde varit bättre är städningen av handtagen på alla köksskåp, men det är bara en liten detalj i hela upplevelsen. Jag skulle gärna boka lägenheten igen om jag kommer till Exeter.

Excellent flat. Easy arrangements to enter and clear instructions. Comfortable and clean. Fantastic weather also helped make it a memorable trip.

Tv controllers maybe a bit confusing - never seen quite so many in one place! One improvement outside would be the dark ginnel through to the car park - only coming one way does the sensor switch the light on. As a result, coming from car park at night is v dark.

Very well equipped and clean flat with parking space, good Wifi too and very well located for town centre and public transport

Not a big issue but the wardrobe is so big that there is little space to walk to one side of the bed. Dining table difficult to use unless the sofa is moved. The description of the flat should say upfront that it is a basement flat.

Very homely, it had everything we needed. Good location and having a dedicated parking space was great.
