SKThe hotel has a nice charm despite being an older venue. The design seems quite timeless.
The gym is a bit small but serves its purpose. The public parking outside is a bit complicated- there's very rarely an empty spot. However the hotel offers a paid private parking.

CHSpacious hotel overlooking the beach, large restaurant, swimming pool and SPA, well-kept garden. Interesting murals in the SPA and a nice mosaic in places. Cleanliness of the room upon arrival and daily cleaning OK, sometimes unwashed glasses and mugs, other times not empty trash. But sand and dust regularly away. Balcony swept in all corners. You won't find ants or cockroaches here. Every night a robot runs in the pool collecting sand. 2 cats in the hotel area and also exotic island birds with free movement. Tennis courts, mini golf and a sufficient gym.
Pushy and rude employees on the reception, restaurant and room service, not suitable for a 4-star establishment. The floors around the pool are dusty. Toilets near the pool disgusting. Dinner orders processed by telephone scanning of the room card, without any control of the amount credited to the guest. Very shoddy bathroom repairs, a marble sink stuck with dried silicone? The ventilation in the bathroom is only a hole in the wall covered with a grate, half covered with rubble. You will not find pictures and flowers from the hotel's photos in the room. The hotel is not sustainable, and the rooms are poorly soundproofed. Balkony is to small. The same plastic plate for desserts in the restaurant as for soap in the room? Dusty room ventilation.
IEGreat facilities with amazing staff. Food was excellent and service was top class. The beach opposite the hotel is one of the very best that we have ever been on and the water was so warm and clear.
Evening entertainment wasn’t to our liking but this was a small negative in an otherwise great stay.
