Our recent holiday in Fuerteventura was an absolute delight, thanks to our wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and hospitality. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was a culinary delight. With a wide variety of delicious options, we couldn't get enough of the flavorsome meals. The fact that drinks were part of the all-inclusive package was a fantastic bonus. The hotel's location was a dream. Just an hour and fifteen minutes from the airport, we were able to start enjoying our holiday almost immediately after landing. The proximity to shops and a supermarket was incredibly convenient, making it easy to stock up on essentials and souvenirs. One of the standout features was the low number of guests both at the hotel and on the beach. It seemed to attract mostly older couples without children, which created a serene atmosphere. This tranquil setting allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation without any disturbances. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly enhanced our overall experience.

The hotel had a dress code for dinner, requiring men to wear long trousers. Although this rule was a bit unexpected for us, we respected it and complied. It was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful vacation, and it didn't overshadow the great time we had on the island.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained, well located and conceptually designed. Food was absolutely amazing, perfect taste and quality, selection was sufficient. The quality of the coctails and other drinks is also good. I have to simply recommend the all inclusive program.

Long waiting time for drink order at the evening bar. Sometimes it took more than 25 minutes till somebody noticed us. Men must wear long trousers for dinners. The funny thing is that the ladies don't have regulations. There is no fan in the bathroom (one room including toillete). The hygiene bags were also missing.

This hotel is just unbelievable. The food, the staff, the facilities were just amazing.

Perfect location 5 mins from nice beach, nice hotel rooms, spacious and clean, dinner very varied and good quality, evening program (jazz, guitar night, pop/rock) also fine, nice pool, good drinks at a bar for reasonable price

Strange system of outdoor dinner seating reservations, not clearly communicated

Excellent location close to the beach and the shops.Super clean rooms and all the areas of the hotel.Fabulous breakfast and dinner.The rooms are spacious and we had and interconnected room with our young adult daughters.We were on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and the restaurant.We will definitely come back when in Fuerteventura.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was on a 5th floor overlooking the pool and the sea. The room had also a balcony with a table and 2 sun beds. I had also breakfast included and even though I'm vegan, I did find many options. One night I also had dinner at the hotel and there were also many options. The staff was very friendly, cordial and helpful. I was also provided with a beach towel that I could replace every day if I wanted. If you go with a car, you also have the option to pay EUR10 per day to park in the hotel garage. When I was there, it wasn't yet that crowded but it was already quite hard to find public parking.

Only negative thing I can say is that I wish I had stayed longer.

It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the exceptional receptionist, Fabio, who truly made my stay remarkable. His attentiveness and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were evident throughout my stay by also providing personalised recommendations, helping me make the most of my visit. I must also say all other staff members (except of one whom name I don‘t want to put on the internet) took time to engage friendly conversations, creating welcoming atmoshpere that made me feel like a valued guest. Definitely important to mention, everyone‘s positive energy was contagious, which I needed after a stressful period at work. You all are true superstars - thank you so much for creating an extraordinary stay! I will be back again!!
