IEAmazing location with views over the sea. Lovely hotel, very spacious and clean. Tennis, table tenus and pool table. Pool area is lovely with nice sun loungers and pool towels provided, plus the pool is heated. Staff all very friendly. We did half board, plenty of choice and variety but caters more to German market. The beach infront of the hotel is fabulous with amazing sunrises if you're up early enough

NLWe stayed at MUR Faro Jandia Fuerteventura & Spa during Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Meals were excellent. The choice and quality of food like fruits, vegetables, salads, sweets much exceeded our expectations. Bravo for the cook and all the kitchen's and restaurant's amazing staff. SPA area and the pool very pleasant. Location stunning.
We had small preference concerning the location of our room which I applied much in advance during reservation process but unfortunately I wasn't responded nor the request was even considered. The receptionist kindly asked about this and later about a return bus transfer was unnecessary rude. I understand that she has to deal with excessive client's claims daily but we took it peacefully and simply asked. That was the only person didn't fit to that lovely place.

GBQuality and variety of breakfast meal is excellent. Room was very comfortable quiet high standard of cleanliness and housekeeper is very helpful and pleasant. Favio at the reception is pleasant accommodating very helpful. My husband received a bottle of champagne for his birthday and everything is a very high standard. On our arrival we were given a complimentary bottles of wine and water. On leaving speedy check out and accommodate us by opening the breakfast room early so we can have breakfast before we get picked by our shuttle bus. I will highly recommend your hotel 🏨
We haven't come across of anything we didn't like. All the things are catered for so nothing to complain
GBArrived before the official check-in time but they ensured that I only had a short wait until the room was ready. Pool area equipped with very many sun loungers so no problems about finding a suitable one, sun or shade. Pool towels changeable without any fee. Breakfast buffet very busy but staff cleared tables very quickly so easy to fine table inside or out. Long beachside walks available for exercise although local restaurants rather uninspiring.
Rather noisy nightly "entertainment" very audible throughout the hotel which I found a nuisance on one night.
