Private rooms in authentic apartment in Old town of Tunis, near Medina

I like that the rooms had a desk where I could work on the computer! And the AC was very good in my room. I also liked that there was a washing machine in the kitchen for us to use. The refrigerator was very cold and I love coming back to the hotel and having a cold beer!! There is a grocery store about 3 minutes walk from the hotel! It is an easy walk to the light rail station to go to the Bardo Museum and also to the bus stop to the airport and to Carthage!

One bathroom shared by 4 rooms wasn't great. Luckily not all the rooms were booked or it might have been a problem.

It's so..beautiful apartment & big. The bedroom like suite in 5 star hotel. Location very center close to Medina. Taste full decoration as the owner Tayeb & Ines as architects. Both of them very nice. Will recommend to friends.

I was charged double the price Booking showed me. They add a sneaky "owner may charge additional fees" option to ask you 2x the original price you booked it for following the stay, quite scammy, go stay at a hotel if you ever need to be in this country. Also card payment is not an option so you need to do a direct bank transfer to their account in France, which can be a hassle and can come with even more fees in case of international transfers
