Charming Apartment near Las Olas Blvd

The location is quite central to las Olas, which has nice bars and restaurants. It's in a fairly quiet location.

The apartment was not clean, we found a number of cockroaches in the bathroom and cabinets and dirt on cupboard tops and on top of the refrigerator. Which we cleaned. The shower is aged and with unclean grout and a rusting shower curtain rail. The garbage bins were overflowing.The pool is nice, but the surrounding patio is uneven and due to so many over hanging plants and trees, it is constantly with leaves.the walking areas need a jet wash.the front of door is not private as it's glass, with clear edging and people can see inside as they walk by. There is no safe for valuables or passports. Not enough hangers or hanging space in the cupboard in the bedroom. The advance payment is non refundable. The owner / representative did not always respond to messages which were left. The place did not smell fresh or clean at all. With a little more TLC and attention to detail, it could be a lot better. This place has a lot of potential, but I have stayed at better places for a lot less.

We loved everything about this weekend stay. The apartment was spacious, super clean, and the backyard water view was the cherry on top. Super relaxing but still in walking distance to the party zone.

The dishwasher was broken, but besides that, the apartment was superb.
