"Nice 1 bedroom apartment in a great location"

Great location along a beautiful boatlined canal just several blocks from various dining options. This unit has heat and air conditioning.

The unit had numerous dead cocroaches on the floors along with what appeared to be hair and plastic ties from clothing tags on the floor in the bedroom. The smoke detectors alarmed shortly after turning the thermostat to heat. Fortunately the alarm stopped within a minute.

The property was in a beautiful location. Well equipped and very nice and clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean beds. Very nice white towels and nice beach towels for the time at the pool.

Very comfortable and felt safe.
