GBGBIt was a very cheap option and located close to Norbury train station.
The staff didn't provide check-in information before arrival and the property was confusing to find, so I was left standing outside for a while. No induction was given regarding the communal kitchen and I was told off for using utensils which belonged to someone else (as I didn't know there were permanent residents living there). The room was small and very basic, and too cold at times - there weren't enough towels/bath mat or a blanket. The property was also quite dirty with hair everywhere.

Two different property numbers on my booking confirmation so I wasn't sure which house to approach. However, when I phoned the number on my confirmation, the host swiftly came out to the road to find me. The additional electric heater in the bedroom was needed as the weather was so cold when I stayed - without it, I wouldn't have been brave enough to use the shower!!
