Completely Broken metal blind letting in light and I’d say a small element of draft and noise from railway line had curtains been installed properly. Even though there appeared to be nothing at the rear where the room was located it still lacked any kind of privacy. Mess outside room looked like someone was moving in out. No TV. Broken shelf in wardrobe, dirty shower head. Worst of all small child baby crying and people speaking loudly until 00.30. I don’t know why a small child or baby would be awake at that time of night.

GBThe room was in a kinda backhouse. The room was clean and presented well. Has it's own bathroom/toilet. There was a tv with netflix and the lot. That was nice. Someone met me to had over the keys and give me a walk through. That was also nice. But was comfy. Backhouse had a kitchen for cooking which i did make use off. And my stay was pleasent. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk from nourbry station. And a train to central London is about 20 minute ride. Area seems nice and suburbia.
The back house is near a train line and the noise isn't loud and train don't run 24/7. But you can hear trains running. Not loudly but you can.

GBCool little en-suite room - perfect for a place to lay your head for the night. Use of the communal kitchen is also a bonus.
Not necessarily a negative point, but is right next to a railway line - although trains are very infrequent at night. Earplugs might be useful if you’re sensitive. That said, would definitely stay here again :)
GBVery clean and tidy place and just 5 mins walk from Norbury train station. Very frandly and cooperative host. Would like to come back.
