The place was fairly well managed. The staff tried to resolve initial issues with the unit electrical system. It could use an air conditioner. Good for a short stay The area was a bit noisy

We liked the area, close to the kiosko.

The apartment is very dark and not super clean. Some maintenance and extra kitchen tools would be needed.

Bed was nice. Looked pretty once inside the room.

Asked for a change of room or place night one. Place was not like the pictures. Issues checking in. Door lock broken. Missing shower door. Sink doesn’t drain. No plugs in any good location. Absolute horror, and worst of all, for our entire stay, they were “checking” where we could transfer to. Multiple follow up’s, always still “checking”. Disgusting.

Overall we had a nice stay, but if we had known in advance what's the room like, we wouldn't have book it, (see the cons). The area is pleasant, it's quiet and safe and has a lot of places to eat. The communication was fine, it was completely online, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel before the chck in. The room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the patio, it was nicer that inside.

The main disadvantage of this accomodation is that there's basically no light. We had the apartment 2 which is located in the basement, and there's no daylight, it overlooks a concrete patio, no street view. Surprisingly in the living room there's nearly no electric light either: there are just 2 weak lightbulbs, none of them above the kitchen, so when you try to pour water or cut the fruit, you literally can't see what you're doing. Another problem was lack of cold (!) water. The tap was broken, so there was only hot water, which made it quite challenging to was my hair. When we reported it to the reception, they reacted quickly and immediately tried to fix it, but unfortunately it didn't help much. One more improvement I'd suggest is to put shelves in the shower as now there's no place for shampoo/shower gel. To sum up: if you just need a clean and safe accomodation to sleep in the Mexico city, that's a good option. If you want a nice place with a view where you can cook and mave a meal, I wouldn't recommend this apartment

Close to Kiosko Morisco, which is a very nice area of Mexico city.

The apartment was really dark, with no external light coming in, neither internal. The equipment in the kitchen was really minimal so we couldn't cook. The shower was broken so we pointed it out and a worker came to fix it, so we had to wait in the apartment more than 1 h.

They overbooked our room, so we spent two hours in a freezing cold lobby at 10 o'clock at night whilst they tried to find us somewhere else to stay. The receptionist was apologetic, but didn't speak any English, so it was difficult to communicate. They asked us to cancel the booking on our end so they could refund us. We ended up leaving to look for accommodation somewhere else. They didn't answer any of our emails or calls over the next month. No refund, no communication. We ended up having to get customer service involved, and they were able to help us get a refund.

Great neighbourhood with lots of local charm, the top flat 31 has great views over to iconic skyscraper. spacious flat, great design, nice staff (even helped to get windows cleaned)
