Staff was very friendly and space is nice and clean and new.

Location is not bad but not great. The main drawback was karaoke bar right behind building. Too bad because the unit is great, especially for price.

Nice staff. New, safe building, clean and well equipped apartment.

Self check-in process wasn't easy and clear.

It was expensive For Mexico and I didn't get the same room like I booked

I didn't get same room like I booked when I asked to changed they answered that all rooms have same properties.. Room I got was with huge window so everyone could see inside from the corridor.

The place is clean and the location is nice. Overall the place is good if you are not going to spend days in there

The placement of the rooms is rather weird, you cannot really tell that from the pictures. Because of this there is not enough light and it doesn't feel very private

The first thing we didn't like was that we were told that there were no seats in the booked place and they were given another building. Check-in instead of 16 o'clock was at 18:15. Cleaning was delayed, but as a result, the floor was dirty and there was dust everywhere (on the shelves, on the paintings, on the headboard of the bed). The towels were old and with yellow spots. There was an imprint of someone's shoes on the blanket, as well as yellow spots. There was small black hair on the sheet. Then there was no water for two days and the hostess did not respond to messages. When the water was already given, she sent a master to take her eyes off. The water was less than a day and then disappeared again and the hostess did not get in touch again. The repair in the apartment is old, there are traces of paint on many things. The chairs on the terrace were dirty, there was some bag of garbage in the corner, and there was a puddle in the center of all this. There are few cutlery in the kitchen, there is no cutting board as such, just a lid from some container. There is no gas stove lighter. There was a puddle under the sink in the kitchen and it smelled bad. There was no trash can either, as well as garbage bags. The plate has one turn button broken and just falls off. There was paint from the ceiling in the shower. There are a lot of plants in the pot that have dried up.
