The location, just a few blocks from the Kiosk, was fantastic. While the apartment is small, it has everything needed for a short stay.

The cleanliness was severely lacking; the floor was covered in hair, both human and animal, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned for days.

All the staff is amazing. The property is clean and quite. Everything looks like the photos! Very nice.

The location

The cleaning was terrible, the dishes were dirty, the floor was so dirty and dusty our feet were completely black, the towels had stains, the rooms were noisy at night, hard to sleep. And the staff (Alejandra) was the worse, she refused to clean our room after one week of being there.

1. Instructions for the car park are not given ahead of time. The agency managing the booking for the owner was very helpful but only the owner could support and he was not reachable untill I reached out to the agency. Then it took ages for us to confirm the car park place because the owner would not stay online to answer me, even though I was answering quite quickly while on our way to the apartment 2. The deposit fee for damage is quite dodgy: instructions are not clear and I had to contact them to get my refund even though the time has passed. It made me feel like they are counting on people to not reach out so they can keep the money 3. The floor of the apartment was dirty and the trash in the kitchennette was full when we arrived 4. The shower head is broken

Didn't like the wireless key. Better to have the actyal key.

Cleaning of the room - it`s very unpleasant to see clumps of black hair on the floor. We saw it during the whole period of staying in our room! Another problem is a very, very noisy people who had been staying in another rooms, despite it said, that it is prohibited to take party and make noise. Upset...

I did not enjoy paying a down payment. It’s not needed. The issue is that it’s an external company called superhog that charges 72 USD and does not refund it.
