Everything is convenient and geared toward great service. This is a very functional place to sleep while on business if you have affairs to address in the area. No frills, very safe. everything worked. There are several convenience stores within a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is rather working class, but feels it safe and there's plenty of places to eat, the convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. all within a 5-minute walk radius. The parking is indoor and super safe.

The lack of power outlets. Anyone traveling for business these days requires at least one for the computer and one for the mobile phone. Or at least one in a convenient location. I had to move the dining table next to the stove and unplug the microwave oven to plug the computer to get some work done. Provide a long extension with at least 4 power outlets from the wall outlet to which the TV is plugged, and this would be workable.

The Room was quite spacious with all the modern things one would need. The location is charming and in what felt more charming and authentic Mexico City Neighborhood

The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent and including very little if any hot water. Also, the location of our room looked directly into another room where it felt our privacy be theirs were compromised. The staff was not helpful, nor friendly, and seemed to know nothing about the rooms or how to resolve any of the issues.

Comfortable, nice place very quiet.

Everything was good except for two things , the shower head was broken and the coffee cups were dirty when I want to use.

Location is good. Bedding and TV were the best parts of the apartment. Though the smart tv would log off every so often since there were other people trying to access it.

We had noisy neighbors, the kitchenette had one bowl instead of two, no kitchen towels to clean up messes and the bath towels were hard as if they were washed with cheap detergent.

It was clean , silent and staff was supportive

1. There is no space near washroom sink to keep the items 2. Inside wet area there is no space to keep your soap or shampoo and other stuff 3 The light in kitchen area is too dim to support cooking 4. The parking area actually cost MXN 100 for one day , major issue is that entering into parking area may damage the car from down as ramp is rough and high

The location was amazing the location was great 10 min from the Angel of independence there’s a park with a beautiful gazebo near by very accessible to little store and food stands. The staff was incredible and they have security 24/7 which I thought it was great.
