Hide Away Bungalows in Ben Tre City

Comfortable accommodation, fresh air, lovely puppies, enthusiastic staff. When I come to Vietnam I will come back.

The gardens were lovely, the staff helpful and generous, the dogs were very cute and entertained the children for hours. We used the bikes a lot which are very simple and old but functional, it was fun riding out into town for meals.

Don't be dopey like us and not realise the hut we booked had no air conditioning, plus the thing is bamboo and all the creatures can get in. The a frame bungalow was ok, we ended up all sleeping there. The mattresses and sheets could really be replaced they were spiky, plus there was only one functional and quite small mozzie net.

The bungalows were better than expected. Comfortable and spacious. Hot water and good AC. There are several dogs but they're small and adorable, they don't approach the bungalow area so that's okay too.

There isn't a "proper" reception after 5pm. If a guest is in an emergency that could be a problem. It was okay for us but if anyone is expecting 24/7 service, that won't happen here. We had to order food from reception through WhatsApp but it took a full hour. Also, there was Karaoke just outside playing from 5pm. They stopped at 8pm for a Monday but I'm not sure if that's a common thing during the week, let alone the weekend. It took away the chilling and relaxing we expected in this hidden area.

Realy beatiful place. You can rent motorbike or get free bike. Staff very kind and friendly. One of the best accomodation of Vietnam for us.

Calming, and a lovely outlook, Helpful Guy running it, couldn't do enough for you. A really nice stay. Some have said it's a little way out , but I enjoyed the 20 min walk. (You see all the locals selling goods.) Also Cycles are avaliable.

Cute little Bungalow. Borrowed bicycles to explore which was great! And the food served was very good!
