GBThe house was beautifully decorated and wood burning stove was lovely to have at night. The location was perfect with views to the old barracks, the hills, and fields with cows. It was also a few minutes drive to a small supermarket, which was very handy.
When we arrived, the house was freezing and the thermostats couldn't be turned up. We messaged the host but didn't receive a reply so we phoned. They were helpful on the phone and we managed to turn the heating up so thought the problem was fixed. After 3 hours, and still no warmer, we contacted them again. This time we received no reply. We spent the weekend feeling very cold, and spent a fortune on firewood for the small wood burner and the heating was never fixed. The hot tub was gorgeous, but having to buy our own wood wasn’t ideal. It felt a bit like we were covering the owner’s electricity bill.

Hot tub was pretty much un-usable, didn't heat up beyond lukewarm during our stay.

ESThe house is very special in a magical place, all rustic, but recently remodeled and with great taste and charm.
The short time I was there was worth spending more time in the house and enjoying it.
GBAbsolutely amazing stay, had all the facilities that we needed. The hot tub was very good, the area around the house was really nice with a good view. Overall just a very good stay.
Only thing is the toilets don’t have locks but other than that everything was good.
