"Jesmond a great relaxing place to stay"

Jesmond House met all our needs with owners who really care about their guests. The great breakfasts offered a choice of a hot vegetarian choice.with overnight oats, cereal, fruit, juice, toast and crumpets. Drinks were also available in the room. Our room was peaceful and had a fantastic bed, which we slept in so well. The area was lovely with beautiful buildings and wide tree lined streets. It was so peaceful we even heard an owl one morning. It was just a short walk to Prince’s Avenue with a huge choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. Clare and Gene are such lovely hosts who were very kind and made us feel at home. We had such a relaxing couple of days and found Hull to be a great city with lots on offer for our first visit. Would highly recommend Jesmond B&B.

Every stay at Jesmond House has been wonderful, and this stay was no exception. Lovely, spacious room which gets cosy in no time. Clare and Gene (and their wonderful pets!) are fantastic hosts. Clare's breakfasts are absolutely top notch 👌🏻 already looking forward to our next visit.

"Great B&B in the area"

I’m really pleased that I chose this B&B in Hull. Our stay was delightful. The hosts were welcoming, the bed was cozy, the shower was great, and the breakfast was lovely—truly, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I highly recommend it!

Clare and Gene were most welcoming. The house itself is a beautiful Edwardian detached residence which has been in the family for a long time. It is lovingly preserved with many interesting features and artefacts. The vegetarian breakfast was very good and different every day.

Not an inconvenience for us but a problem with the lock meant we had to be moved to room 2 which turned out to be just fine.
