JESMOND HOUSE B&B Room3 Superking Ensuite

Jesmond House is a gem. Our room was spacious with a super comfy bed and excellent en suite facilities. It’s in a great location within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and a host of other shops. Bus service nearby runs frequently and takes you right into the city centre.

From the warm welcome to the hosts’ seeming inability to deny any request; my stay was absolutely spot on. The room and whole house offered a peaceful, quirky retreat, and served as the perfect base from which to explore Hull. The quality breakfast served each morning ensured each day got off to a great start. Highly recommend and looking forward to saying again. Many thanks

This B and B is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, really large too. Breakfast was great too, highly recommended to try everything, it is Vegan so we were sceptical at first but everything was beautiful. Spending time with the dogs were an added bonus, Bruno is so lovely, he made me smile everything I gave him a cuddle. Location to Hull is about 25 minutes walk, the property is located on a beautiful old style tree lined street, parking was plenty full either in the drive or loads of on street parking immediately outside the gates. Hosts are fabulous, they treat you just like family, completely home from home and we look forward to returning.

Everything were perfect for us

Location was brilliant. Just a 30min walk from town (or a £6 cab) on a nice quiet leafy street. Lots or resturants and bars within a few mins walk so no need to go to Hull central at night if you don't want to. Very warm welcome, lovely freindly host. Lovely big airy room. Clean and tidy. Comfy beds (huge as well so you don't realise you have someone else in the bed) It's a vegan and vegatarian B&B - We're neither but happy to try new things. Loved the whole relaxing vibe. Breakfast in the moring is in a big breakfast room - buffet style with hot and cold choices. Once again it's all veggie/vegan freindly but nice to try new and healthy foods you wouldn't normally eat. I also left my Kidle behind and the host send it on within 24hrs! Amazing service.

A beautiful home ,lovely hosts ,large room , huge bed, very nice area ,breakfast was original with nice touches ,love the porridge that was made , described as a vegan B&B ,but i think they are under selling the property ,one of the best places we have stayed

The room the bed was so comfortable I would book again without doubt. very clean and the hosts are the best people you could ever meet. They treat you as their family.

The bed was so comfortable the breakfast was perfect. No time limit on breakfast eat when you like.

Nice quiet location. The breakfast room is open to guests at all times so you can make yourself a cup of tea and even use the fridge to store your own food (which the landlady can then heat up if needed), and is a good place to relax in the evening. Bikes can be stashed in rear yard.

The en-suite bathroom didn't have patterned or frosted glass (not a big problem, I just pulled the blind down when using it). The landlady has three dogs which normally live indoors, so if you don't like dogs you may need to reconsider!

Excellent location for university, cafes, park, city centre, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, lovely bathroom, excellent breakfast and the most friendliest of welcomes, would definitely recommend thank you

Wonderful relaxing stay with lovely proprietors and family. Very spacious reception rooms, breakfast room and bedroom with great facilities. Perfect breakfasts, delicious withmenu changed daily.

Would have welcomed having a handrail or two on the bath/shower. Should use What3words for taxis and drivers to accurately locate the property (but it’s nice having just name and no number on gate!)
