Beautiful 3 Bed Basement Flat With Garden

Beautiful basement flat in excellent location close to everything. Easy walk into all the attractions. Great to be able to park in the garage.

Heating and hot water not working but these problems were fixed when we reported them. We were able to claim a refund for the inconvenience too.

Social space, plenty of hot water & comfy beds

Heating wasn’t working but we’re supplied with electric heaters. WiFi slow.

It was clean, spacious, great location, own parking, great overall

The stairs to the property are quite steep

The location is great .

The water heating kettle was sooo sooo dirty ...seems like no attention has been given by the house owner to the house himself .. it's only the cleaning contractors who are doing their job. *The garden could have been a blessing in that weather in October when we visited, unfortunately they have kept it soooooo dirty and unkempt*. With plants and weed growing side by side and no attention to cleaning at all. When we reached ... the cleaning inside the apartment was not upto the mark ..but when we complained , they sent someone to attend to the complaint which was good . The entrance of the apartment is also very ugly and dirty...it somehow puts you off when you entering a basement with dirt weed and filth all around ..no matter how great the apartment is located and is inside. All through the stay ,there was hardly any hot water for showers ... they kept giving us instructions to fix the geyser/ boiler.. but didn't send a technician to fix it ....what did we pay them for... being their electrician?

Lovely apartment with a sweet little garden, park and pub across the road. All 10mintes walk from the centre of Bath. Very nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Off-street parking too - a real bonus in Bath. Excellent Comms and very attentive staff. (We had one minor maintenance issue which was dealt with same day with no fuss at all). Would definitely book again

Kitchen could do with some tea towels and proper oven gloves.. When the details say the garage is small they aren't kidding! C-class Merc went in with about an inch to spare! But I'm being really fussy now - it's a fab little place
