Beautiful 3 Bed Basement Flat With Garden

Location was great and kitchen and bathroom were excellent.

We were advised of a garage fob with the threat of £150 fine if it was lost, and it was not in the house when we turned up which worried me. I spent the first evening of a two night stay dealing with emails and wondering about where to leave the car when it could be dealt with manually. Also a slight lack of cleanliness in the en-suite bathroom.

It was very spacious. Nice to have the garden and the location was fantastic!

Maybe the garden could do with a tidy up

The flat is in a quiet, beautiful part of Bath within walking distance of the city centre, train station & other attractions. It's a spacious flat with two bathrooms. It's quite quirky as one of the bedrooms & the bathroom are located under the road! The peaceful garden with seating area is a bonus.

We couldn't use the garage because it had an old sofa bed stored in it, so we had to find a parking space on the justpark app when we arrived.

Location was fabulous, quiet and close to a pub.

Stairs are precarious in front , couch in garage , our car wouldn't fit. No communication with booking.com until too late . Also soap delivered by hand the next day. Some mildew on walls of bathrooms.

Space,location,layout. Was in a lovely location & as described.Everything was clean,well maintained apart from one thing which is understandable.

The fan in the bathroom was not working from inside the bathroom & the extractor & another pump was in bedroom & was quite loud at night .
