Beautiful 3 Bed Basement Flat With Garden

So spacious for a basement flat!! Loved the parking space at the back which was really unbelievable for Bath! Loved the proximity to the City Centre yet still really peaceful and quiet.

The smell of drains was quite overpowering when we first arrived and the main bathroom needs a better ventilation system. We were shocked to uncover a manhole cover in the wardrobe.

Great location for visiting Bath the parking is a real bonus Spacious accommodation, clean with everything you need

The smell as you enter the fan did not work on the shower. The iron did not work and bare wires were down. Also the oven shelves were not fitted correctly.

Great location and nice comfy beds and nice clean sheets

All the floors haven't been hoovered or washed bedrooms were gritty and the kitchen floor was sticky around the bin and sink. Our socks were really dirty we started keeping our shoes on which was a shame as its a great property in a great location

The main shower thermostat didn't work neither did the iron

Well equipped, comfortable and relaxing. Good location too and parking was fine for us. Good value for money too and liked the garden. We would come back here again.

Shower thermostat needed fixing and a few problems with the main bedroom lights but only minor things. Company was very responsive to getting things sorted.

Location was excellent, amazing apartment, loads of room for our family of 7 . Kitchen and facilities were exceptional. Everything was included. Exceptional facilities.

Could do with a deep clean ,a few of the facilities was not that clean and didn’t work. Sofa’s could do with updating and tv remote didn’t work, had a corroded battery in it.
