Beautiful 3 Bed Basement Flat With Garden

This place is huge, well maintained and has all you need for a comfortable, centrally located yet peaceful stay Off street parking, huge garden flat, amazing pub serving food across the road and a 5/10 minute stroll into the centre. A lovely park is just across the road too

The location was excellent and the accommodation comfortable and well thought out. Plus the garden was a bonus. We were able to relax after a great time exploring Bath. The kitchen was well equipped, which would be useful for a longer stay.

Although parking was supposed to be included I was unable to find out how it was accessed, which meant that I chose not to travel by car. The flooring in the main bathroom was very slippery when wet and a non-slip bath mat would have been helpful. A pint of milk to go with tea and coffee would have made that facility perfect. It would have been helpful to have a welcome message and instructions regarding recycling etc.

Very clean, great size for our party of 5. Great location (10 mins walk from centre), peaceful at night, close to a great pub with excellent food. Tea, coffee, sugar, towels all supplied. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outside space.

The location of this flat was simply amazing. So many sights, dining, and shopping in the area. It's in a very walkable area. They provided tea and coffee as well which was so nice to have.

The pillows were very thin and flat. There was a lot of mold in the main bathroom.

The flat was spacious and nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Great location for exploring Bath.

The only thing that let the flat down was the outside areas, front and back, both could do with some attention

It’s not about the property but about the operating model. The check in time at 4:00 with a reason of cleaning staff unavailability doesn’t make it any sense, there is no value to the customer; it is one more less hour of stay. Normally 11:00/12:00 pm check-out and 15:00 pm check-in is standard in all 3-5 star hotel at least I have experienced in last 10 years. UK seems bit different, but these 3-5 star hotels accommodate late check outs and early check-in without any cost based on availability. But I always think about standard time of communication to plan my journeys.
