Beautiful 3 Bed Basement Flat With Garden

Non ci hanno permesso check in un po’ prima delle 16.00 , non lasciandoci neanche lasciate le valigie in deposito. Non hanno risposto a una ns richiesta di una dose di detersivo per una lavatrice .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement à 10min à pieds du centre de Bath. Très bien meublé et joliment décoré avec pierres apparentes, cheminée, matériaux de qualité. Tout le confort nécessaire voire même plus que ce que nous pouvions attendre ! Très bonne ventilation dans les parties du bassement (à noter que toutes les chambres ont des fenêtres vers l'extérieur. Nous pensions que celle à 2 lits n'en avait pas selon les photos). Très joli jardin bien appréciable (et nous avons eu du beau temps pour pouvoir en profiter !) Place de parking attenant au logement ce qui est très pratique car difficile de se garer dans le quartier.

A noter que le garage est trop petit pour une voiture type SUV et qu'il n'est pas très facile d'accès (une voiture garée dans l'allée devant nous empêchait d'y accéder )

Lovely spacious flat with garden area. Plenty of space for a family allowing everyone to have their space. Centrally located to restaurants and supermarkets. Amenities provided were suitable for families.

Unfortunately it was warm outside and inside ( couldn’t work out how to turn off floor heating - which really should have been off considering the heatwaves. Couldn’t connect to wifi and when we asked the same information was given. Need to indicate that car parking is in a garage and is small. We just got our hirer car ( medium) in. Washing machine needs cleaning badly-lots of mould

Absolute Perfection!

A good location. Great bathrooms. Comfortable beds and nice bed linen. Secure parking a big bonus. Generally well equipped. James good communicator.

No teapot! Hate tea made in mugs. England is the land of tea drinkers 😂 access to basement door is a bit precarious for anyone elderly or mobility issues but I took the steps slowly and managed ok.

The central location was amazing. Easy, level walking distance to shops and theatres, quick 2 minutes in a cab if you’re in a hurry. House is well-equipped and cost. Garden access and parking an added bonus, tons of storage and gorgeous little office space if you need it.

The access steps at the front to the basement are STEEP! There is rear vehicular access so it’s not the end of the world, but please be aware that this initial access is tricky. One of the sofas is a little uncomfortable, but we spent most of our time around the kitchen table. The underfloor heating takes quite a while to warm up, so it might be worth popping that in before you go out in the evening to avoid being cold when you get back after dinner.

Location

Condition of the property. Dirty, bins had not been emptied, holes in the wall, crumbs in the cooker, bathrooms not been cleaned. A very very poor attempt at cleaning the property. Waiting for a refund that has not happened. We have never stayed in a property so un clean. Would not stay again.
