The Elms Apartments

Getting into the property was very handy with the lock box and keys easily labeled for us. It had all the amenities needed for our stay, much more than I expected it to have which made our stay very comfortable and easy. It was also spotless. Beds were comfy and the place was lovely and warm. Also very cosy. We definitely would recommend and would 100% come back, if only we could have stayed longer

Bedden zijn erg smal. Is niet ideaal als je met vijf vrienden op reis bent. Appartement is wat gehorig (dunne wanden)

The apartment was in a perfect location for walking into the centre of Ramsey and traveling around the island. It would also be a perfect viewing spot for the TT as the race literally passes infront of the building via the garden. The facilities in the property had everything we needed. It was warm and clean.

The location, lovely and quiet, secure. Quite homely. Close to Tesco for groceries. Good kitchen, not the best equipped but good enough but if you're staying a few days, you'll need to go get your own dishwasher pods if you want to use it. The furniture was incredibly comfortable. Walking distance to the supermarket, down to the sea, and so easily accessible. Despite the negatives listed below, we would return but hopefully it'd be cleaner and with better internet if there is a next time.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bins hadn't been emptied, the microwave was filthy, there was popcorn under the coffee table and there were popcorn kernels in the cutlery drawer. Some dishes had food stuck on them too. The WiFi is rubbish and we had to hire a meeting room in Douglas to log online for an exam which was frustrating. The TV streamed generally ok but buffered if anyone was on their phone or using internet on another device.

Spacious, well equipped comfortable apartment. 10 minutes walk to station, sea front and bus station

Intermittent WiFi. But are in process of changing provider.

Easy access, secure parking, clean and comfy. Central location , 15 mins walk to beach to walk dog! 2 mins to Tesco! 15 mins to station for Tram Washing machine and tumble drier .

Some equipment abit short - 2 knives? Not enough loo roll ; smallest amount of washing up liquid . Internet signal weak.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the Electric Railway, Tesco and local facilities, would recommend The Swan for a drink and lovely food. The accommodation had everything you needed for a comfortable stay The accommodation was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms with one ensuite, very secure and easy instructions for accessing keys and the building. There is WiFi in the accommodation although sometimes a little hit and miss at times or if lots of devices connected

If you want a very quiet and peaceful place to stay this accommodation is not for you being on the ground floor, woken up early by people going to work, school kids, maintenance workers mowing the lawns, and in the evenings the noise from the people and kids upstairs was constant until after 11pm The ensuite bathroom could do with new grout and sealant in the shower
