Perfectly located with gated parking, Very clean and spacious apartment .felt safe and secure .

Everything was perfect

The apartment itself - when located - was fine. Everything in the place was OK except the Smart TV that buffered greatly. We needed to use 'Freeview' only. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed

The while process of accessing is tiresome. It begins of course with reading and recording communications way before arrival - together witha lot of cautions. In this case finding the access door involved driving about half a mile around Ramsey to then apply a code to iron gates, then using a key box and two further 'Yale' type keys - one that was quite awkward. Response to matters was quite keen - but the absence of anyone on site detracts from the emjoyment of the stay.

Good location, good value, nice and clean. Good basic kitchen equipment and a proper oven which is something often missing in rentals. I appreciated the new dishcloth, sponge and the washing up liquid. I also liked that there were washing machine tabs, not one but two good quality very clean tea towels, kitchen towel and two loo rolls. That might seem minor but it's the little things that make a difference. Who doesn't get slightly irritated if they're in a holiday apartment and have to buy extra toilet roll or washing up liquid etc. So that was nice. Plenty of hot water so a decent shower. And bonus the unimaginable in a holiday apartment- the kitchen knife I used was sharp!

Listing says dishwasher, there is no dishwasher. The wifi is non existent (between 0 and 1.3mbps while I was there) and the 3G/4G is patchy. The thermostat is not reading correctly. It said it was 24.5 degrees but it certainly wasn't. It was COLD. To get the heating working you have to turn the dial anti-clockwise to 30 degrees! The heating then works with a marvellous fury so be ready to switch it off again before you get too hot! 😆

Very well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the host gave us all the details we needed.

The WiFi was a bit slow.

The pan in the kitchen is very old and damaged. Please buy a new one for the next guests.
