Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment near City Centre

The rooms were great, comfy beds.

The shower did not work, we spoke to the host and they were apologetic but nothing could be done before our check out time. I have had no communication about this matter since which is disappointing, as I did also send a message to Booking.com customer service directly.

The apartment was clean, and the rate was OK. The electric shower was better than usual. Good size smart TV.

Very old electric heaters, difficult to set. No washing-up brush/sponge, no tea towels, and some cups and plates in the closet were not thoroughly cleaned. The dryer did not work, it showed an error message but it had not been repaired. The bed slats were too thin and would easily fall off, making it almost impossible to sit on the bed. The host did not respond to our messages after we had checked in and noticed the problems.

One bed unmade and looked like someone had just gotten out of it. One towel in bathroom was provided and it was completely saturated. The kitchen sink was full of warm water. There were glasses on the kitchen counter, rubbish and bottles by the bin. My friend took more pictures. Everything else was fine. Host sounded very friendly on the phone.

The location was perfect, was easy to find. The host was easy and quick to communicate my issues.

It is a bit dated and needs a few basic repairs. When we arrived it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

The area is a little moody at night imo, Flat was upstairs so we felt secure

Tea coffee etc were provided. It was clean and in a great location. The owners were easy to contact and were very friendly

It’s hard to find anything negative to say as we have had a lovely stay. The only thing I can mention is the slats on one of the beds were falling off.

Great location with free parking. Clean, affordable and comfortable apartment.
