Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment near City Centre

The location was great and really useful for our concert. The price was really good for one night and facilities were mainly as expected for the price paid. My bed was very comfy.

There was no heating to speak of, we were provided two space heaters but did not want to leave them plugged in when we left for the night which means unfortunately we returned to a cold flat. There were also hairs and other dirt in the bath which we had to clean before we could use the shower.

Great value for money. Central location not far from city centre yet quiet at night. Spacious property which was very clean. The hosts actually sent cleaners early as we had travelled quite a bit for the football. Would highly recommended

I’m generally not a fussy person and it usually takes a lot for me to leave a review but this needs to be said. The front door of the block is extremely difficult to unlock and open, so much so that we started to panic when we couldn’t get out. I’d read another review that someone had missed their concert as they had got stuck in the building. The apartment smells of mould and smoke. There is black mould in all of the rooms in the corners and ceilings. The bathroom is particularly bad, dirty and with terrible mould growth around the bath and the ceilings. No shampoo or toiletries that were stated on the listing. Furniture was dirty and sticky. Beds were dirty and smelt like the sheets hadn’t been changed after several different people had slept in them. Sheets were visibly dirty. No smoke alarms. Tv didn’t work. Curtains hanging off the walls and wouldn’t cover the windows. Genuinely felt unsafe staying here and considered sleeping in the car instead! Host was responsive and friendly and I don’t take pleasure in leaving a negative review but the place is not fit for people to stay in never mind at the amount we paid for the privilege.

Was a bit dusty and not as clean as we would’ve liked plus appliances very old, also owner said we could have 2 sets of keys then only gave us 1. Also only one small mirror.
