Secure Sea Point Stay with Mountain Views

I really loved the view, the beds nice and soft and it's accommodation is in a good location, everything you need is easy to walk or drive to. Loved the misty weather and the fan helped a lot on the hot days. The security was extremely helpful and kind.

the place looked clean but here and there you find hair of previous guests on the couch and that was not nice. the throw over blanket on the couch was dirty and kitchen table top had dust on. I Was charged cleaning fee, yet no one came to clean the place, so I don't know why we paying cleaning fee. There were no additional towels. The construction around the area does get noisy so if your studying or coming home late from groove, you won't appreciate the morning noise.

PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING :toilet seat is completely loose everytime I sit it slides to side : the plug in kitchen is so dirty it’s disgusting : the shower floor and wall is so dirty see photos : the bathroom door is disgusting it has never been cleaned : the fan by tv does not spin it is broken only stays in one spot : on the side by the couch on the wall at the bottom it looks like there’s mold : the shower needs a good scrub I even bought Jik to clean the shower floor because I couldn’t stand the thought of putting my feet on the floor Really need to inspect this apartment to make it more hygienic for the next people to check in I am only writing all these not to complain but to make you aware that the people that clean this apartment is terrible they are not thorough I would highly recommend to come check the apartment and to see it with your own eyes It is not fair to let people stay in a place where it is not clean and hygienic If the cleanliness was up to standard the apartment would be perfect

No remote to the gate. Only on 3 day was provided

When we arrived I contacted them the kitchen cupboard door standing and off. In the bathroom a loose long plank stood. They said they will send someone. No one came. The room is without air on and so stuffy and only small fan which is of no help. The cupboard door in bedroom very difficult and one side cud not open. The broom was also broken..when we open the windows at night the blinds make a noise because ofthe wind. Since 6 am in morning the room was lit up and cannot sleep anymore because of this. The blinds to light. We were ver very disappointed with this accomodation. And we usually book through the app in seapoint and CBD area

We were welcomed by a gentleman who helped us settle. We felt at home and safe.
