Nothing , except the security guard that was working night shift. His service was excellent

It’s old furnished , the door and bugler gate needs to be changed , even the built-in wardrobe is broken and doesn’t even open, the cleaners didn’t come the next day , no refills for tea and shower gels .

We got wrong location, stood outside trying to figure the right address! Lucky security saw us on camera and came out to assist. We didn’t have coffee and I love coffee!!

The apartment was dirty,bed and bathroom smelled a lot of cigarettes smoke it was like someone had smoked on it before we arrived. We had to check out the morning after we arrived because the smell was too much. You can see attached image of our check out. We even told the owner about this issue and if there is any compensation or refund we can get we will be grateful since we only spent a night in there

Draught coming through the windows. No heater in the room, uncomfortable to sleep at night because of the temperature. Bathroom had black mould all over, black mould.on wallpaper and on window frames. Very noisy ventilation shaft especially when you are trying to sleep at night.
