Secure Sea Point Stay with Mountain Views

The room was cold

Ideal location for easy access to the places we needed to go to. Location was safe as well Friendly and helpful security guards on duty especially uMalibongwe

The fact that there was a cleaning fee we paid ( R625 + R93.75 VAT) when we booked but when we needed the unit to be cleaned we were told we need to pay +R700 . So basically , no clean linen for the 6 nights we were there , no change of towels , etc ( not what we were accustomed to especially when the booking amount expalined that a certain fee was for cleaning). The kitchen tap would open the water with soo much pressure that we were always splashed wet when doing dishes ( was quite an inconvinience)

Location bad

Room was not made up when we arrived. Excessive noise coming from bathroom fan and geyser. Apartment noise was a severe health hazard (building security guard and one of the owners agreed with my wife and I.) Apartment very small and does not look like the pictures on rental portfolio No communication as our complaint about excessive noise was initially ignored. We had to vacate apartment because of the excessive noise( communication and audio available. We require a full refund as we had to source accommodation elsewhere.
