Lovely clean property. Quiet location with everything you needed provided.

The shower room drains were exposed so showed the water in the cups from either cleaning or previous occupants. It’s similar to what I have at home so would have new nice to have been covered up. The mattresses were a bit soft but that’s a minor detail as you cannot cater for everyone’s needs.

Spacious

Unable to access keys. I had to ring host who didn't pick the call up, I then txt and the reply was the code fir the link box had been changed that day. There was awful finger prints on kitchen cupboards, fridge a hob, this was worrying in these covid days.

The night we were allowed to stay was good.

The fact the host contacted us on the afternoon of what should have been night 2 (of a 4 night stay) to state they had overbooked and we had to get out because air bnb guests took priority!!!

Modern, pretty well equipped and clean.

Location- did not feel very safe. Parking is roadside on a busy road which again did not feel very safe. The dryer was not working and the host did not answer the entirety of our stay- worrying if there was a more pressing issue that needed to be dealt with.

The main bedroom was a good size and ensuite. Modern decor. Useful to have a large dishwasher, oven and good-sized fridge-freezer. Provided cleaning products and plenty of toilet rolls and towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area (there is no lounge area, but to be fair, the pictures make this clear).

The smaller bedroom has a distinctly unpleasant smell, which seems to be coming either from under the bed or from the side of it. Not nice to be in. Cleaning has been done, but it's patchy. A number of cobwebs were clearly visible and the outside windows are very dirty. The owners need to buy a decent set of sauce pans with lids. The ones that are there are two small and there were no lids.

The flat was very convenient for our visit to the Black Country Living Museum.

I hadn't realised that there was no lounge area just a dining table and chairs in the kitchen; my mistake not an error on the owner's part. There were some minor issues which were reported to the owner, who said that they would be attended to without delay.

Friendly helpful host. Easy to access. Next to a giant park which was great as I was travelling with my 12 yo son. Comfortable rooms.

Back bedroom was dark. Good for a heatwave! But maybe not if it’s gloomy out.
