Clean and easy to connect with host.

All okay

Very clean apartment, had almost everything you needed. Parking outside and a nice outdoor area. Was perfect for 4 people with a bathroom for each couple.

There was only two larger towels supplied even though we booked for 4 people. Luckily 2 people had bought their own towels. One of the bedrooms smelt smoky.

Everything was easy from booking to staying the place was very good value and very clean couldn't ask for any more

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Property was clean and well kept. Plenty of linen and facilities provided.

Really nice and cosy basement floor apartment with 2 spacious rooms, 2 shower rooms/toilets and kitchen with lots of utilities although we didn’t use much here. Lots of parking outside, be mindful you have to go down some steps to make it to the front door.

Not a big deal but bed for myself was quite soft but that’s because I have back issues but still seemed like everyone had a good rest. Lockbox wise - again but a biggy but maybe a quick video can be made and shared with guests so they know exactly where to go to find the keys. Have had this before with other bookings and was that extra bit helpful.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was comforable to reach the places that I had planned to visit nearby Dudley.

The heating & hot water weren't available on checkin and turned out to be due to the boiler loosing pressure. On requesting how this could be fixed, the host didn't really respond at all fo upto 36 hours. Was lucky to have found it out from the internet myself. But if I wasn't able to, then would have ended up spending almost the entire stay without any hot water or heating especially with kids. There were no kitchen tissues/towels provided making it really hard to clean up after usage. There were no dishwasher tablets provided, hence ended up washing all the dishes myself which isn't something I'd want to do on a holiday.
