The rooms looked nice.

The floors were filthy. If you wiped the tiles with a damp kitchen towel it was black and you the tile was visibly cleaner. The floors hadn't been mopped prior to renting if ever. Shower had black mould. Bed linen wasn't clean and didn't smell fresh, one bed smelled of aftershave. Mattresses on both beds were very poor. cheap and poor quality No reply from landlord when messages left. Avoid.

Strong smell throughout so didn’t stay. Empty Febreeze spray can on the table. Couldn’t see the towels. No parking or sitting area available even though it said so in the description. Very busy rd. Some drawer fronts hanging off and a broken standard lamp leaning in the corner.

Decor and furnishings well done, clean and in a good location to access the parts of Dudley that we wanted to visit. I.e. Black Country Living Museum, etc.

My own fault as I overlooked this when booking but there was no comfortable seating area for relaxation. Only seating was at dining table and had to lay on bed to watch TV. Otherwise I couldn't really fault the place.

It was advertised as ground floor when we had to climb down 2 flights of concrete steps to get to front door. Inside there were steps to get to the rooms and bathroom. No window in bathrooms so unable to see.

Perfect location, spacious, clean. Great communication with host. Would definitely recommend.

No wine glasses. Limited amount of cooking items,. saucepans in particular. Obviously some items had been broken and not replaced. Only 3 side plates. Small tumblers etc and there were 4 of us. Didn't spoil our stay, but would be good if replaced for future guests.
