Stay away❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ تجربه لن تتكرر و منتهي السوء من أول يوم واجهنا انقطاع المياه لفترة طويلة، واضطررنا لقضاء أول ليلة في غرفة أقل من مستوى الغرفة التي قمنا بحجزها. مستوى الطعام كان ضعيفًا جدًا ولا يرقى لما يتم الإعلان عنه. كما اضطررت لاستخدام العيادة بالفندق ووجدتها في حالة غير مرضية من حيث النظافة. الأمر الأسوأ كان أسلوب التعامل من موظفي الاستقبال، حيث تمت معاملتي بطريقة غير لائقة عند الاعتراض على مشكلة انقطاع المياه والمطالبة بحلها. للأسف كانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا أنصح بالفندق. الفندق لا يستحق تصنيفه الحالي، ومستوى الخدمة والمرافق أقل بكثير من المتوقع. Very disappointing experience at Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park. From the first day, we experienced a prolonged water outage, and we were forced to spend our first night in a room that was below the category we had booked. The food quality was very poor and did not match what was advertised. I also had to use the resort's clinic and found it to be unsatisfactory in terms of cleanliness. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. I was treated in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner when I complained about the water outage and asked for a solution. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. The resort does not deserve its current rating, and the level of service and facilities is far below expectations.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Großes, sauberes Zimmer, Pools und Aquapark vorhanden. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Ideal für Kinder, viele Aktivitäten. Essen und Personal gut. Sehr empfehlenswert! فندق جميل جداً! الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة، ويوجد مسابح وأكوا بارك. الشاطئ قريب جداً. مناسب للأطفال مع العديد من الأنشطة. الطعام جيد والموظفون جيدون. أنصح به بشدة!

Geen aanrader. Slecht eten: voedselvergiftiging. In de badkamer was alles stuk alleen het bed was top. Verder niet alles inbegrepen alleen bepaalde dingen dingen. Dus pas op lang niet all inclusief.

There is a scam going on with the hotel, what you see and book online is not what you get. There is a sub contractor who is selling somenasty apartments behind the hotel but using the same hotel info and photos. The food is horrid and limited. The only pleasant about the hotel is the staff. They are not well presented but they are pleasant and helpful.

Nothing. It was one of my worst hotel experience. I lost money but it wasn't worth the stay. I left the next morning.
