"Lovely cottage and very easy access to the town."

Very nice place and very handy for the town.

No parking options but this was easily overcome is there is a car park nearby which was very reasonable- £4 a day.

"Great location, nice property missing a few homely touches."

Great location - very central (so a bit of road noise as could be expected). Well appointed kitchen, lovely large bathroom, two excellent bedrooms and lovely period features throughout.

It was expensive for what it was. Apart from the cost of the stay the owner also requires a 25 GBP damage waiver on top. Small things like lacking a wooden spoon were a bit annoying. It could be a bit more 'homely' in terms of soft furnishings and pictures on the walls as it seemed a bit 'unlived in' and spartan in places. It didn't really bother us but the TV in the lounge was rather small.
