Period Cottage with Original Features near Harbourside and North Street

Very homely and comfortable. Also had an outdoor washing line and nice outdoor seating area which was great.

We were unable to get the combustion heater to work and the shower curtain tended to cling to you. Would be good to have a blind in the bathroom as when the window was open it was visible to the neighbours. Location was convenient for access via public transport and although the property itself felt safe, the neighbourhood appeared to be a little rundown.

Clean, comfortable, good location, good range of utensils in the kitchen, well furnished, lovely sunny terrace, nice bathroom. Good availability of on street parking nearby. Appreciated that there was an alarm system since we had wedding outfits, cameras and wedding gifts with us. Communications with the host very good including managing an internet issue.

The on-site parking space is very small (as clearly stated in the description). Most cars would need a parking permit to park on street.

Comfortable and cozy. Great location for easy access to the city center and north street/Bedminster. Owners very responsive to the couple of issues we experienced.

Property looks bigger in the photos and rooms were quite small. Lack of welcome touches - soap etc in bathroom. While the house is well kept, certain parts of are a little worn. Bleach marks on bedding

The footbridge over the river was closed so had to walk a long way to the next one. So not very good.

The back door locking mechanism was faulty so couldn't use the back garden or put rubbish out. Food left in fridge/freezer by previous people along with half opened packs of stuff on work tops. General maintenance required on porch door (scraping) and over grown vine.
