Accommodation was great for us but maybe to small for some

It had everything you needed, including tea, coffee, milk, squash and lovely biscuits. Great books and games and Lee was very helpful

Our stay at The Shack was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, making us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the whole experience wonderful. I would highly recommend The Shack will definitely be back.

There was nothing we didn't like the perfect gateway.

Very easy and pleasant experience. The enclosed outside space was perfect and my dog loved it. The Shack was well appointed and was easy to get to.

Lee is an excellent host and very helpful

Very well appointed with all the amenities you need incl. little touches like the free toiletries and all cooking and eating utensils you need. Very clean property.Nice shower and lovely private gravel garden - a real sun trap with lots of extra garden seating. Welcoming host and great location for seeing the surrounding countryside and oldest part of the village + shop.

The upstairs room is very cosy but a little cramped for larger people.

A really well equipped base to explore the local area. Accommodation was cosy but compact with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Property was very clean, garden space was pleasant and well used by us and our dog.

We booked a weekend here for my partner's birthday with our little dog and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Shack was exactly as described, small but perfectly formed and really cosy. My four must haves were all there- clean, quiet, comfortable bed and good shower. We loved the attention to detail- there was milk, juice and coffee in the fridge, snacks and bathroom supplies and the Shack was also well set up for dogs with treats, poo bags and toys. Lee was on hand and very helpful if we needed anything. Would love to come back in the spring/summer to enjoy the garden to its full potential and explore the area further.

Not much! A couple of very minor issues (iffy smell from the bathroom which dissipated soon after arrival and the side of the table was broken). However these didn't affect our stay at all.
