Superb New Build City Centre Flat and Gym

Great central location

Butas puikioje vietoje, visai netoli nuo miesto centro. Iš karto buvome šiek tiek susirūpinę dėl parkavimo, bet mums pasisekė, kad nurodytoje parkavimo vietoje po pusdienio atsirado laisva vieta. Butas puikus, virtuvės įranga be priekaištų, lovos labai patogios. Rekomenduočiau jame apsistoti kiekvienam, atvykusiam į Jorką.

Patiko viskas. Galėjo būti daugiau rankšluosčių, pvz. vienas mažas papildomai (buvo po vieną didelį). Ir dangtis keptuvei. Bet tai ne esminiai trūkumai.

Spacious and very clean. Location was good, about 10 min walk to city centre.

Walls need a bit of TLC and paint. Coffee Mugs looked a bit sad, stained and chipped.

Beautiful property, clean and well equipped. Great location. A lift for those with walking difficulties. Definitely recommend. We will be going back.

Highly not recommended! First of all, in the guide photos and videos provided by residents, the key box and the free parking position provided were not photographed. According to the written description, it took us half an hour to find the key box on the roadside wall dozens of meters near the apartment and ask other residents before parking the car. The so-called free parking space provided by the apartment is a small piece of concrete on the roadside, not a parking space in an apartment building. Only 4 cars can be parked. Once there is no place, you can only find a nearby toll parking place by yourself. The beds and bedding provided were cheap and poor. Shopkeepers have no sincerity to improve service, but they have been sophistry and shirking responsibility.

Great location for centre of York, just a short 15 walk. Lovely modern apartment, comfortable beds a good nights sleep had by all.
