Again, it was an extended-stay facility and was good for that type of hotel.

Great Stay

The property overall was decent, but the room that I was given, had no sheets on the bed so they had to switch me into a different room. There was a terrible smell in both rooms. There was hair all over the sink and all over the floors, elevators smelled terrible and were dirty.

No breakfast

Get a ice machine. More than 2 towels per room..need coffee machine in room and silverware

Modern but dirty & walls are so thin you can hear people from across the building.

Good extended stay property

Friendly staff, clean rooms and in close proximity to everything you need in regards to restaurants and retail stores.

They wanted to refund one night that I wasn’t able to stay, never saw the money

There are drug addicts living in this place. The desk agent was not at the front desk when I arrived, and there was a "resident" standing there who told someone else to go get the agent. The first room I was assigned was so smelly like a chain smoker was in there, and there was hair all over the bed and night stand. I asked for a new room, and it was nice. The pillows are paper thin, but the room was new and clean. On the way up to that room there was a lady who seemed really methed out. There was open doors with families in there.
