Rooms were clean and nice in general staff, rooms and common areas.

How loud it is and this is the guests not the staff. The floors are wood so yoj heat everyone’s foot steps even in their in their room.

I liked the room it was clean.

I was trying to sleep but there were people arguing all night very loud came to a point that I had to put headphones on to kill the noise I couldn't sleep at all. I tried to complain but no one was there.

The staff

It’s not advertised that it’s an extended stay. Crack heads EVERYWHERE!!!! Also in the bathroom of the first room they put us in had the light switch undone. Asked to switch room and they were very nice about it. Got to second room and had too many interactions with sketchy people so we decided to leave. The staff were very understanding and refunded me!

Great price

Noisy neighbors and strange smell possibly a smoker stayed in the room.

El recepcionista era bien educado y profesional

El hotel y las habitaciones tenían un mal olor como a humedad y suciedad,tuve que hechar bastante antibacterial y colonia en el cuarto porque el olor era muy fuerte,y para el colmo el aire acondicionado tenía el sistema de apagado automático y cuando se iba a apagar hacía un sonido como un chisqueo alto y luego se sentía un silencio desesperante que me despertaba al momento ,en fin casi ni pude dormir,eso sin contar que el colchón y las almohadas estaba bien incómodos parecía que estaban hechas de guata,por suerte solo me quedé una noche !
