Quick overnight stay for a concert at The Ranch

Room was missing linens, AC unit was in disrepair there was trash in room and smelled like someone smoked there. Terrible experience of room left right away didnt stay & requested a refund still waiting on it.

The Rooms were nice ,maybe a little Input. ! There are coffee machines availlable thats good but would bei great the would ask when guest arrive. But ist OK.

My Room 302 was the whole Week In stay there über cleaned and Made up. May Input maybe the Linen could bei changed after 3 Days ist warm. Hot tropic weather Other item: a Alarm was in for two Days mostly was a defunctional Fire Alarm. I Gold the Front desk nobody Toolk Care. Spezial in the Night for the Rooms which was in Area I Told two Times !

The Queen suite I had was great! Kitchenette was clean and the refrigerator, induction cooker and microwave were in good condition and working order. Bathroom was clean. The only disappointing downside was the smart TV that only had the remote for the TV itself and no remote for the satellite Dish network, so I never had channel selection choices other than the channel that it was on (Gulf NBC). Other than that, the service was great. Even was allowed to have my only piece of luggage safely stored at the service desk after check-out, as my trip home would not be for another 5 hours. I would book this hotel again!

Room didn’t have hot water. Took cold showers. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ended up leaving early

Very clean, access to a lot in area. Wish included small breakfast

First time staying at the property and I enjoyed my stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. They take guest privacy serious. however, still waiting for my deposit to be returned. It’s been 3 days
