Villa Helen - Heated Pool Wifi SmartTV Barbecue

Great location, beautiful villa with everything you could possibly need and more

Really wonderful! Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean. We had a brilliant family holiday at Villa Helen and would recommend without hesitation. Having cleaning staff visit mid stay was great, and the pool was kept very clean too. We paid extra to have it heated which was well worth it - the kids lived in it! We cooked on the great barbecue every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of white fluffy towels, and extra ones for the pool. Villa Helen is in a quiet gated community, so you feel very safe but it’s not far to walk to shops and bars, though a little further to walk on to the main strip - and we tended to drive to the old town, but it was very quick. Property staff were very quick to respond if we had any queries (e.g. about recycling, or the coffee machine) and customer service was excellent. We felt very well looked after!

It’s very hard to find faults! A written guide or manual would have been helpful - we figured out the TV, and the air con and oven were fairly self explanatory. But it might have been useful to have it laid out, perhaps with info about how the closest supermarkets, recycling points etc. It would also be good to have additional bins or storage options for recycling in the kitchen. The only other thing (and this really is tiny!) is that the internal keys that open the side doors and main doors onto the pool aren’t labelled, so you spend a while finding the right one. But this wasn’t a major issue, just something I would have done it they were my keys. The fact that these are the only issues says a lot about the wonderful quality of our stay!

The property was huge! The photos do not really show the true size! 😂 Nice sized bedrooms, living room either smart tv 🩷 kitchen adequate for cooking. Pool area was amazing! 💯 recommend.

Not a complaint, but the tiles round the pool are very slippy (one cracked and broken), maybe something to consider in the future.

Fantastic villa had everything we needed

Loved everything! We all agreed that this is definitely the best villa we have ever rented. Loved the location, the layout of the house is perfect with bedrooms away from living area, well equipped and well laid out kitchen which we cooked in every day. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great pool area, which is well protected from the wind. Very quiet, very safe and secure. Loved the twice-weekly cleaning. All beds ridiculously comfortable. Dario gets top marks for attentive service: when we locked ourselves out, he was there within 5 minutes to rescue us, thank you Dario! He answered all of our questions promptly and cheerfully during our stay. Wonderful holiday, everything was perfect.

Can't think of a single thing we didn't like. Everything was outstanding .
